Marco Walk Plaza only 1/2 mile away, to great Restaurants, Movie Theater & Shops. Our newly refurbished 2 bedroom condo is on the beach, with unobstructed views from the 7th floor, in the Sea Winds Building. We also just purchased new carpeting in the bedrooms, July 2019. A queen bed is in the master bedroom and 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom. We have blue tooth speakers & charging stations in both bedrooms. Suitcase racks, for easy unpacking.
Electronic “Black Out” shades have been installed on the sliding doors in the living room and the master bedroom. Black out shades have also been put on the guest bedroom window.
A large comfy couch, which converts to a queen pull out sleeper. We upgraded to the memory foam mattress for the best sleeping comfort.
A new large 55” flat screen Smart TV in the living room.
A new modern wood dining table, with cushioned upholstered seats, fits 6 guests easily.
The kitchen is fully stocked with items including; a 14 piece Calphalon pot & pan set, coffee maker, glass blender, knife block, toaster and waffle maker. We also have a microwave, full sized refrigerator, oven/stove and dishwasher. This kitchen has not been upgraded yet.
Towels for beach, bath and kitchen are provided.
Bathrooms each have a hair dryer, soap and a roll of toilet paper, to get you started for your stay.
There are 6 beach chairs. Four of them are Tommy Bahamas, with 2 matching umbrellas. There are 2 other sturdy beach chairs that we like to use while sitting at the rim of the ocean, with our feet in the water. A Wonder Wheeler will smoothly roll all of your items down to the beach.
A full sized washer and dryer are inside the unit. Detergent and dryer sheets are there for your use. (It’s not a guarantee they’ll be there if people don’t replace it though).

All units at Sea Winds have a $30 Parking pass requirement, which can be purchased at the front desk when you register for your stay. The pass is good for 1 year.
